Payment model:

advance payment of 30% at the time of reservation, to a giro account, and the rest of the money is paid on the day of arrival in the apartment in cash or a few days before arrival to the apartment to a giro account.

Residence tax and environmental tax are not included in the price of accommodation. It is paid additionally.

Arrival time: 14 - 17 hours

Departure time: up to 10 o'clock

Advance payment refund in case of cancellation:

up to 70 days before arrival - 100% refund

up to 40 days before arrival - 50% refund

up to 30 days before arrival - 25% refund

30 days or less before arrival, there is no refund of the advance payment, the guest can transfer the reservation to the next available date or transfer his reservation to the next year.

Wunderschöne Apartment Scap (Switzerland) / Jul 2023

Apartment 1

Da wir sehr gerne ein wenig abseits sind, ist dieses Anwesen super toll gelegen. Ca. 4 km vom Zentrum. Die Apartments für unsere Bedürfnisse ganz toll und sehr sauber eingerichtet. TV, Internet, Klimaanlage alles ist vorhanden. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gerreinigt. Zwischen den Olivenbäumen und Feigenbäumen in ruhiger Lage steht das Haus. Auch die Gastgeberin stets freundlich und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Seit Jahren kehren wir bei ihr ein. Mittlerweile sind wir treue Gäste und sind jedes Jahr bei der lieben Tanja. Wir sind dankbar für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Abends wunderschön zum spazieren und am Pool mit einem gutem Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen.

"Mi opet na Krk, u Dragu Bašćansku!"
"Šta da?"
"Nego, kod Tanje je najlepše, tamo miriše smilje, cveta lavanda, a budimo se pored masilna i uz cvrkut lasta. Priroda je divna, more prečisto, apartman uvek sređen i opremljen. A Tanja i njena porodica ljubazni i pravi domaćini".
Tako smo, ukratko, odgovorili na pitanje zašto opet idemo na Krk, pa makar i na vikend.
Svega par minuta vožnje autom stiže se na najlepšu plažu na ostrvu, tu su prodavnice, restorani, kafići, brodovi za turiste koji žele da krenu u obilazak susednih ostrva... Obišli smo ih ploveći sa "Burom" (ime broda) i to je za preporuku. Hrana je na Krku sjajna, a vina nigde lepša. :)
Naši domaćini su uvek tu, na usluzi i da učine odmor lepšim svima koji ovde dođu. Zato, dolazimo.
Volimo Krk. Jednostavno.
